Radio Center Flats, located at 66 South Main Street at Union Avenue , is Greenhat Partners' latest development in the heart of Downtown Memphis. Completed in June 2008, the project has transformed the former home of the historic WDIA radio station into 14 contemporary loft residential rental units with underground parking spaces. Dunkin Donuts is scheduled to open in the ground floor commercial space in early 2009.
