Main Street Flats is a collection of four mid-rise renovated historic properties located directly on the trolley line in the heart of downtown Memphis. Completed in June 2006, Main Street Flats houses 33 open loft residential units upstairs along with 10,000 square feet of commercial space at street level including Main Street Dental and the SEE Main Optometry Boutique.
