| Fair Ground LLC is a joint venture led by the Henry Turley Company, Loeb Properties and Coda Capital Investments, that has been selected through a competitive RFP process to redevelop the 180 acre Mid-South Fairgrounds site in the center of the City of Memphis. Greenhat Partners was brought on board at the outset of the RFP process by Fair Ground LLC as the coordinating development consultant for the entire Fairgrounds project. Currently in predevelopment, when complete the Fairgrounds will be a green and beautiful regional public amenity of national significance that is home to a revitalized Liberty Bowl Stadium, a 400,000 sf new urbanist retail center, a Festival Green and a MultiSports & Education Facility. |
