| In a joint venture with the Henry Turley Company, Greenhat Partners was selected by the Downtown Parking Authority pursuant to a competitive RFP process to develop the site at the intersection of Main Street and Gayoso Avenue in the heart of downtown Memphis.
Barboro Flats will be comprised of 92 urban contemporary residential rental units above a 205 space parking garage and 7,000 sf of commercial space. Construction commenced in January 2009 with completion scheduled for Spring 2010.
